IDMBX ("the Application") is a self-hosted mail and collaboration service (mail, files, chat, meetings, notes, and tasks).
If you choose to connect Google Drive, the Application requests access to your Google Drive through Google OAuth. This access is used only to let you browse, upload, and download your own files within the Application. OAuth tokens are stored on the server solely to provide this feature and can be removed by disconnecting Google Drive in the Application or by revoking access at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
The Application's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Google user data is not sold, shared with third parties, or used for advertising.
Information is used only to operate the Application: authenticating you, delivering mail, storing your content, and securing the service.
We do not sell personal data. Data is shared only when you send it (for example, outgoing email or shared files) or when required by law.
Your data is retained until you or an administrator deletes it. To request deletion of your account and data, contact your service administrator.
Data is stored on the server operated by your administrator, with access protected by authentication and TLS.
